Our Purification Process

Did you know there can be over 50 different types of chemicals and contaminants found in water supplies?

The purification process helps to remove harmful contaminants that may be present in your regular drinking water such as bacteria, heavy metals, chemicals, sewage and pesticides.

Through the standard treatment process, water authorities add chemicals such as chlorine, chloramine, aluminium and fluoride to destroy the microorganisms that can come along with those trace contaminates. There’s also a chance depending on where you live that additional factors such as poor pipe conditions can influence the taste and quality of your household water.

A Brighter Choice for Water and Ice

Bright Vending Co Ice & Water machines use a six-stage filtration process, including reverse osmosis and ion exchange to purify our water and ice.

While most conventional water filtration systems remove a basic number of contaminants and chemicals, our reverse osmosis and ion exchange systems are able to remove almost all 75,000+ chemical compounds, impurities and excess minerals that regular carbon filters cannot.
